Macey was the light of our lives. She was born February 21, 2003 and passed away on May 3, 2017. Shortly after birth she was diagnosed with a rare condition called Aicardi Syndrome. Her diagnosis brought a lot of challenges, but she lived each day with a happy, positive outlook.

Macey loved spending time with her family, attending soccer games for her sisters, watching movies, being outdoors and taking family road trips. Despite never being able to walk or talk she made a big impact on all those who knew & loved her. She loved balloons, feeling the sun & the wind on her face and spending time in her swing & hammock. She enjoyed the simple things in life that most of us take for granted.

She left a huge hole in our family when she left us. Throughout her 14 years she taught us many lessons that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Macey showed us what really matters in life. We are determined that her story does not end here, with her passing. We want to share her giving heart & unconditional love with others.
